Create yourself lots of these fun tags so you have them on hand and at the ready for any occasion or gift! You could change the sentiment for many different occasions and of course make them in lots of different colours too!
Crafter’s Companion US design team member Dana has put together a lovely tutorial for you to show you how she used the ‘Floral Dance’ Edge’able die around the edge of these fabulous tags.
Crafter’s Companion Supplies:
Other Supplies: Tag Die | Purple Card Stock | Purple Rhinestones | Black Ribbon
Directions:
Step 1: Die cut the tags from Crafter’s Companion Kraft cardstock.
Step 2. Stamp the Birthday sentiment from Crafter’s Companion Vintage Floral ‘Greetings’ stamp set. Make sure you stamp near the top of tags.
Step 3. Die cut the ‘Floral Dance’ Edge’ables Fancy Borders Die from coloured card stock.
Place the die cut over bottom of tag, placing the two biggest flowers over the tag.
Step 4. Adhere the Edge’able die to the tag, then carefully trim around the tag. The flower still left on the purple card stick will be used.
Step 5. Trim off three of the flowers still left on your card stock. The top strip has been cut and placed on the right tag.
The rough edges of some of the flowers should hang off the tag. Adhere the flowers and then trim the rough edge flowers to match the curve of the tag.
Step 6: With a toothpick, gently pull up the flower petals.
Step 7: Add purple gems to the flower centers and add ribbon to the top of the tags and they are complete.
