Watercolour Easter Cross Card

Here's what you'll need:

Step-by-step instructions:

  1. Cut a 5" x 7" card base from your white card, then layer with linen card. Secure to your base card using collall all-purpose glue. Cut a smaller mat in watercolour card.
  2. Take a paintbrush and with clean water, lay a little water on your watercolour card where you want your background to be - it should be damp and not over wet. On your glass mat, place down a little of each liquid watercolour, then pick up on your brush and dab onto your watercolour card over where you have added a little water. Wash your brush between colours and then dry everything with a heat tool.
  3. Secure the watercolour background onto your base on top of the linen card layer. Then cut out the Ornate Cross in white card. Use tacky glue in a fine tip applicator to add dots of glue on the back, then position over your watercolour card and press into place.
  4. To finish, add a few sequins and stamp a sentiment inside.

Top tip! Make sure you select colours that blend well together. You could test on scrap paper first if unsure)

Floral Easter Egg Card

What you'll need:

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Take a 6" x 4" card base and cut a slightly smaller light pastel aqua base mat. Stamp your sentiment in place then fix to your card using collall all-purpose glue.
  2. Die cut the largest East Egg Bauble in mint green card. Then use the spring floral die set to cut a selection of florals and leaves (as shown) in a selection of white and pastel colours.
  3. Build your floral design on your mint green egg base, using tacky glue in fine tip applicator. Allow some flowers and leaves to overhang your egg shape. Once the glue is dry, trim away the excess.
  4. Secure your egg to your card base. You can use 3D foam pads for extra dimension if you want.
  5. Use a white paint pen to add white polka dots and stamp a sentiment inside to complete.

Bunny Cartoon Strip Easter Card

Add dot of white pen to highlight the facial features.
  3. Take the outer square die and die cut three pieces of patterned paper - we used the yellow check paper from the easter pad - and glue each in place behind each bunny.
  4. With some pale pink card, paper piece in the bunny ears. Then fix the three bunnies down the right side of your card front.
  5. Cut a co-ordinating paper strip, mat onto a white base.
  6. Stamp a sentiment for the outside and inside of your card.
  7. Die cut a little carrot to add as an embellishment.
