With our Creativity in a Box, you can cast your own mussel bowl and sculpture – both in a beautiful black colour with gorgeous gold leaf details. The kit comes with all the materials and instructions you need.
If you dream of making your own home decor, this box is perfect for you. Using black resin cast, this box allows you to make two pieces for your home – a lovely, small mussel sculpture and a beautiful, decorative mussel bowl. The casting process is simple and straightforward. Simply mix the casting powder with water. Then add some gold leaf to the mould before pouring the water mixture into the mould. The results are impressive. The black colour becomes deep and intense – almost like a ceramic finish – and the gold leaf adds a touch of luxury. We recommend using the gloves provided, as the colour has a high pigmentation. Also remember to cover the area where you are casting to avoid spills and stains .
The mussel sculpture adds flair to your home as a decorative still life – and your can use the pretty mussel bowl for your favourite jewellery, or as a stylish decoration in your living room, bathroom, or on your bedside table.
