This pad is filled with a water-based dye that also reacts with water. Experiment by flicking, misting or sprinkling water onto your colour to create a range of distress effects.
Harmony Water Reactive Inkpads have been designed as a colouring medium rather than an inkpad for stamping. The ink has a slow drying time, which makes them perfect for blending, layering and mixing colours to create dimensional and realistic effects.
