All digital downloads are strictly non-refundable, and no exchanges will be offered. We do not guarantee continued access to your purchased files. It is recommended that you back up your downloads upon receipt.

Usage terms

Permitted use:

1. You may use these files for personal crafting projects.
2. You may use them to create handmade cards or craft projects for personal use, charity, or small-scale commercial sales, for example, selling handmade cards.

Restricted use:

1. You may not share, distribute, or resell digital products in any format. This includes selling printed versions, modifying the file for redistribution as a new product, or incorporating them into commercial projects.
2. You may not share, email, upload, or otherwise distribute the files to third parties.

Delivery

Standard delivery orders are currently being dispatched within 5 – 7 business days and usually arrive 2 – 3 business days after dispatch.
