This exclusive group will include crafters of all abilities, interests, and crafting habits. Your opinions are crucial to helping push us in the right direction so we’ve created this programme for you to let us know what we’re doing right, what we’re doing wrong, and everything in between. 

In order to join Crafter’s Voice you must complete an application which includes basic contact information, age, and craft habits. The questions included in the application allow us to ensure that the members selected for the group are not only reflective of global crafters but also helps us to make your Crafter’s Voice experience more valuable to you.

Crafter’s Voice members will be invited to participate in surveys, quick polls and discussions about crafting, the experience as a customer of Crafter’s Companion, our products, and more. On occasion we may also invite you to attend virtual discussion groups. All activities are of course optional, but there is a minimum requirement to stay in the programme.

You will be emailed a unique URL address for each survey. Simply click on the URL included in the email or alternatively cut and paste the address into a web browser of your choice and complete the survey form online. Survey lengths will vary but will be monitored to minimize the use of your time.

In addition to the chance to communicate directly with the Crafter’s Companion team and have your voice heard, you will receive a quarterly gift voucher to spend on our website, special merchandise, a virtual profile picture badge you can display on your social media profiles, as well as occasional free products and special offers. To further show our appreciation for your input and feedback, you will automatically receive points for completing surveys, polls and virtual sessions. These points equate to different levels, each of which gets a different prize. Members will also be automatically entered into our Monthly Prize Draw.
